We currently ship to most of Europe!

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland costs €6 flat and is always tracked. For the rest of Europe, please insert you address at checkout to see shipping costs.

Shipping is free for orders over €100 within the Republic of Ireland.

No, we do not accept returns for collectible and trading card items. All sales are final unless an item arrives defective.

For board games, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) you are looking to return must be unopened. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective.

Yes! We buy private collections from collectors- slabs, singles, sealed!

Email us at hello@pokeolive.com with details on what items you would like to trade in. Please include photos and videos in this email so we can assess the condition of any items you wish to trade in.

Please note: we currently don't buy bulk common and uncommon cards.

We operate online and currently at pop ups around Ireland and the UK.

We process orders within 2 business days of them being placed.

After your order is processed, for shipping within the Republic of Ireland, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. It will more than likely arrive within this timeframe, however sometimes due to postal system delays beyond our control, it may be longer.

For countries outside the Republic of Ireland, please allow from 5-14 business days for delivery.
